1 Intake

Your journey with us begins by filling out the form found here. Next, we'll arrange a virtual onboarding consultation to meet, connect, discuss your business, and dive into your project's essence. Once we receive your full inquiry, we'll promptly share a package with all the details, including pricing.

Following our meeting, we'll create a tailored project proposal, complete with the contract and invoice for a Minimum $600 deposit. Once you're ready to proceed, your project is officially confirmed, and we'll prepare for the upcoming project start date.

2 Strategize

Your brand, marketing strategy or the request for a helping hand is more than just a color, more than a logo and more then a plan, it’s part of you. We need to understand your business to nail down these key items.

We’ll work through your unique needs during a detailed strategy session. We’ll lead the discussion with questions fitted to guide us both through the process. This session is so important to understanding your needs and making sure you’re getting the most out of our partnership.

3 Create

The fun begins! Now that we understand your needs, we can get to work! Depending on the service you requested this can mean a few different things.

Branding

We'll work through several stages of your brand development, from sketches, to color and font selection, brand voice and then a full logo package with a quick and detailed brand guide.

Marketing

Depending on what you need, we'll work out a single marketing strategy, understanding timelines, expectations and metrics and we'll get to work! For ongoing work, we'll work on a full system set up with weekly calls.

Virtual Assisting

With a minimum 3 month contract, we'll get to work on each task set our way, always being mindful of your billable hours and making sure along the way that you are receiving the best service possible.

*With each of these services you’re welcome to a weekly check-in as it pertains to our projected timeline.

4 Complete

After receiving your final approval on all design elements and processing payment, we'll compile and transfer all the files to you. These files will come in a variety of formats and colors, making them suitable for a wide range of web and print applications you may need. Under your marketing, and virtual assisting project, you’ll receive a report on work done and access to systems will be turned back over.
